WTS: AK74 Polish Tantal and 900rds of ammo

SOLD:::Looking to sell as a package price, I have an AK74 that i purchased from the Kenner gun show in January and have put 180 rds though. It shot very well but i prefer the AR platform. Looking to get $650 for the package.

I assume deal is done, if not then I get thirdsys, and sorry for the hijack, but is it possible to do something about that stock. i.e. ACE side folder or even a fixed stock. Does the *trunion* have to be re-welded or replaced or is it a simple swap? Thanks guys and daygooz, sorry for the hi-jack.

Once you remove the side folder, you can use any standard AKM pattern stock. The upper handguard is unique to the Tantal though, so you're stuck with that unless you get a wood replacement from Ironwood.

Personally I like the wire folders. They look alot worse than they feel, and they are unobtrusive when folded.

Just curious because got a Bulgy 74 built on a NoDak Spud receiver. It was hard to believe that it came from Century (it was put together THAT well!). I got it direct from CAI for $279 on sale with 2 mags...never should have sold it!
