It has a carry handle rail, NC Star 3-9x40 Scope, CMG front quad rail, UTG Front Grip, UTG Bipod, UTG rail covers, umarex fake suppressor, sling, buttstock pad, also will come with 2 30rd mags and 1 10 rd mag and all stock removed parts. is this 22lr only? or with a new bolt would it be able to fire 223?

22lr only, can't be converted to .223

forgive my ignorance, but can the lower be used on a 556 upper? or is the whole platform a dedicated 22?
