Tax free weekend just past. A lot of folks went out and bought new guns tax free. From what i hear Jim's, Cabela's, Hebert's, Bass Pro, Bowie, ect were all crazy. Wife and I went to Bowie on Sunday 5 minutes after they opened and there was only one or two other people at the gun counter. Glad we didn't try on Friday or Saturday. Lady at Bowie said they broke the previous years record by 11 am on Saturday.
