Id actually consider that.
You don't need the gas tube plug for it to work at all.
(its so if you didn't want to get any carbon build up in your upper but you'd have to take the complete upper apart and put it in the gas tube)
I do have it somewhere if you were going to even use the gas tube plug, id suggest get a dedicated .22lr upper its too much of a hassle.
