i have 2 surplus ammo and arms lowers complete on on a rifle and the other is just a complete lower

on the rifle is a surplus arms lower with a dmps lower parts kit and magpul maid grip and utg stock upper is a delton heavy barrel with a knights armerment rail system used comes with the surefire as well as the knights front grip also has a matech flip up rear sight and a mako magwell grip every thing is new never used except the rail system its used looking for SOLD

also have a complete lower with a dmps lower parts kit and has a utg 4 position stock 225 or OBO

Is it the lower that you have to fill out the paperwork on when you purchase from an ffl?

For some reason, I can never remember.

Yes, the serial numbered part. But if you buy from an individual FTF there is no paperwork needed.

I was aware that FTF transactions between individuals don't require the paperwork.
