Beretta 92 or 96 usually sees the most action when I’m shooting handguns. I enjoy quite a few different pistols but these are prolly my favorite. They must be, they get the lion’s share of my 9mm and .40 ammo.
Depends on the day. I go between my S&W M&P 1.0 9mm, Glock 19X, Sig P320, and when I'm feeling feisty I get the Ed Brown 1911 out. Other favorites include a S&W 686, S&W Model 60 Pro Series, Ruger Super Blackhawk, and a Ruger Single Seven. And if I'm spending a lot of time in the woods, I like to get range time with my S&W 65, whose heft does a good job of absorbing .357 Magnum recoil.
I guess I'm boring, but I go to try and get good vs. shooting for fun 99% of the time so it's almost always the same gun. When EDC was the focus it was my G43 or 17. Now that it's USPSA it's the 34. Pretty sure I fall in the inch wide-mile deep category.
Now over Christmas I took a bit of a break and did have some fun running a 1911! Big holes in the target are cool...
My favorite is my M&P 9 FS although it is going to be replaced today with an M&P 2.0 9FS when I go pick it up just in time for tonights USPSA match. I will get about an hours trigger time to get familiar with it before the match.
I always bring some type of Ruger MK,pistol one of my 3rd Gen Smith's. A one of my 1911,s and the Ruger Balckhawk Bisley in 45acp and 45 Colt. Shooting full wad cutters is sweet. N maybe Smith 29 Classic 8 3/8 barrel as I still have to much ammo for it.
