    Ugh... this bastard is irritating.

"Oh... was that in court? No? Oh... Was that in court? You don't know?" Jackass.

What does this animation show? Judging by the attorney's attitude, it's not good for their prosecution.

Bout to get to find out. Wouldn't work on the projector this morning.

Damn. Prosecution is working hard on this poor guy. He's got a nervous twitch going on.

I hope the judge recognizes how stupidly anal the prosecution is being. "How many inches from the ground is Trayvon's head? How do you know he was at that angle?"

THANK YOU! Defense attorney nailed that question.

"Do you normally make your animations after the trial is over?"

    **** you, prosecution...

    Elaborate!

Prosecution was ALL OVER the guy that made the animation about what "evidence" he used to make them. They were harping on the fact that none of the information he used was from COURTROOM trial testimony. He had to ask the same thing 20 times just to emphasize that it was done from witness testimony given before the trial started.

So the defense gets up and asks him, "Do you normally wait until a trial is over before you start making an animation?" (paraphrase). Of course he doesn't. How the hell is he supposed to wait until the trial has concluded to START developing an animation?

The prosecuting attorneys both act/sound like guys that spent (or should have spent) a lot of time shoved into their lockers.

It just a string of stupid ******** issues. Then they were asking him how accurate the 3D modeling software is. "Is it accurate to 1/1000th of an inch... 1/100th???" Who the **** cares, it makes no difference. Until the precision is in excess of one or two feet, it makes no difference to the model.

The animation is only based on things that witnesses have spoken on and crime scene photos. For the parts where there are no witnesses to validate zimmerman's claims (It does show T hitting Z... not sure on that one), he leaves it blank and it cuts to the next part where they have witness input.

Seems the guy did it as well as possibly could be done and the prosecution is just being childish-- I mean lawyers.

The trial is over for today, but continues tomorrow at 9A.M. Eastern. The Defense has stated that they believe that they will be able to rest their case tomorrow.

but then State gets to rebuttal, then summation.

Verdict could come before the weekend, no later than middle of next week.

Doesn't look good for the "animation." They are arguing now if they can bring in the texts about fighting and trying to get a gun and pictures of him holding a gun.

Judge does not allow the animation or the text messages/pictures to be admitted.

Once again she is swaying the way of the state. I can understand the animation, but I believe Treyvon's lifestyle (texts and pics) is relevant to the decisions he made that night.

I was under the assumption that the burden of proof laid on the state. It seems to be ass backwards in this case.

Looks as if the defense has called their last witness. They will say if GZ will take the stand or not after this 15 minute recess. I can't see him getting on the stand so looks like closing arguments are coming up.
