I think if he keeps it short and sweet and TO THE POINT it will be good.

If he goes on and on like whacko yesterday it could be worse.

The jury knows all they need to. Give them the punch line, refute some of those outburst of lies the State gave and send them back.

Yea but I like the Charts right in front of the jury. No eye squinting. In their face clear message to stare at.

B/c all they have to do is tell the truth. EVERYTHING is easier and more clear when you tell the truth.

You don't forget and you don't have to remember the truth. It is what it is. That's the beauty of not being a liar. You free to speak freely without worry of contradiction.

The Defense is clear here in their closing b/c O'Mara is clearly and calmly setting up the State's Claims and knocking them down with common sense.

I think it was more of a people in good, I would say great but he said good, shape can run a mile in 4 mins so a football player, or anybody in decent shape, including me with a pulled hamstring, can run 300-450' in four mins.
