    I like flippers!

    How does it handle?

It's great for it's size. It's a huge folder, but still possible to EDC. It's thinner and lighter than I expected, but I'm used to 5oz+ folders. The flipper with the KVT bearings is like a toy, it takes no effort even with the super strong detent.

    I want to pick up a ZT0200 or a Hogue EX02.

I have a Hogue EX01 which is really nice.

Been wanting an Old Cross Victorinox for quite a while. Finally got a good deal on an Old Pioneer. Here it is with the African Emerald Pioneer (This Green one was made only for the South African Market).

An Old Cross Victorinox Alox Pioneer

New and old, different logos, same texture, same pins, brass liner in the old, stainless liner in the new

Older blade seems shorter (edge to spine), but that may be from sharpening. I'm not sure if the older main blade was polished or brushed as seen here. Both are about the same thickness.

Can openers are a little different, but close

More can opener, note the finish polishing on the new

Both have awls that work great.... the older is a little worn, note the spot for engraving on the back of the new model

Bottle opener, screwdriver, wire stripper tool has different finishes

    Both displaying all tools.

Now for an Old Cross Farmer!!!! :D
