I'm sure this has been done before, but it makes for a few laughs. Another thread sparked the idea to do it (again).
I recently talked with a non-gun person about firearms (not really anti-gun, just doesn't own one, because they don't see a need for one), so it got me thinking. We all have had a conversation at one point or another, with someone that has no idea what they are talking about. I'll admit it, when I first got into firearms, I was for certain that the movies were always right I've learned better since then, and I'm sure y'all have too. So what's some of the **** that you have heard over the years?
A few I hear often are people asking about gun registration, how you can buy any gun at a show without a background check, how it's illegal to own an AR since AR stands for assault rifle, and the best (to me) is when someone says you have register your gun when you get a concealed handgun permit
