I can't say I've ever tried. I never tried to purchase ammo under 21, but I will be more observant now and try to see what's up with different retailers.
So, when you open carry a weapon you've legally purchased, NO ONE has done an FBI/NCIS background check on you? Because, when I purchased my gun, I had to go through a background check to make sure I wasnt a felon or a crazy...

I have a friend who is 20. She has a Browning High Power that her father gave her. I know she can't CC, but can she carry the weapon in her truck back and forth to work and the such? Please refer me to the correct law.

Honestly, whether that list is true or not, .gov healthcare is a HORRIBLE idea. As much money as the .gov wastes, and as inefficient as they are, this will be a disaster which will only put us farther into debt and closer to Cuba(?), who's healthcare program is one of the worst in the world.
The people with guns will have to have better aim, because we all know that once someone enacts a "1000 ft law", the BG's aren't going to go within the designated 'protected area'. Basically, it'll be drive-by sniping now.
