If there is “no money” and no real property, why did yiu feel the need to pay an attorney to open a succession? Car title? I’m not excusing your attorney’s behavior, but what do you need done?
I think that the court basically said that braced pistols are protected by the second amendment, but as a matter of policy the court does not rule on a constitutional issue if there are other grounds to decide the case.
Basically they said “this is probably unconstitutional, but we won’t rule...
The ruling can, and most likely will, be appealed. But that appeal will be to the 5th circuit, where it will almost certainly be upheld.
The ATF may keep wasting taxpayers money on further actions, but this issue is now dead for the foreseeable future.
It's been a while since I've been, but I believe they have signs that say all weapons need to be inspected (meaning emptied and zip-tied open). However, they do not have metal detectors or search anyone, so it is on the honor system.
I haven't seen much from Cheaper Than Dirt that was actually reasonably priced. Note this comment in the description:

I'm not familiar with the book mentioned earlier in the thread, but I highly recommend "One Second After". It's a good read, entertaining, but gives a realistic picture of what life would be like in the U.S. if the grid went down. Here's a link...
A few things to think about: I've been told by a few different people that as these get more and more popular, the gas service may not be able to provide enough volume in a neighborhood with a lot of units. I have no personal knowledge or experience with this, but it's worth thinking about...
