      The ruling can, and most likely will, be appealed. But that appeal will be to the 5th circuit, where it will almost certainly be upheld. The ATF may keep wasting taxpayers money on further actions, but this issue is now dead for the foreseeable future.

      It's been a while since I've been, but I believe they have signs that say all weapons need to be inspected (meaning emptied and zip-tied open). However, they do not have metal detectors or search anyone, so it is on the honor system.
