      I use a cliphanger, might rust but as long as you take care of it, you won't have that problem. Just like a boat, you have to clean it off afterwards.

      I use the lightweight ones with sock feet. I always just swung my feet over the side to reach the back. I really like the X-Factor, but ended up buying a Ocean Kayak Prowler Big Game when I first got in to yak fishing. Now I have a Cobra Fish N Dive with 30lb trolling motor and an Ascend 12 SinK...

      Just because it's something you don't want, doesn't mean you should delete it. Find someone with an XP install disc or just use it as is.

      Not sure about rabbit. But yes, 2 different sergeants said it is legal. Like you stated, WMA's don't allow a loaded gun while under power. One also recommended bringing a good dip net because they sink pretty fast!

      You can hunt squirrels(NO FOWL) from a moving boat under power. The only problem is if you shoot a squirrel and it lands on the ground you have to have permission from the property owner to retrieve it...So basically you need to have permission to hunt someone's property before you hunt it even...
