I am looking for a handguard for my 12" upper to accommodate a Saker (1.5" diameter). Do you have any recommendations?

    Thanks

My YHM smooth rail measures 1.74" ID. I also had a Seekins SAR rail that I liked. They make a larger I.D. one called the BAR rail that is designed to run a can under.

Thanks guys. I am reading different information online. Some say not to put the suppressor under the handguard because it gets too hot and to get a handguard 1" shorter than the barrel. Your thoughts?

Someone told me the same thing. My saker is still in jail so I don't know from experience how hot it will get, but I'd imagine that all depends on caliber, rate of fire, and how much of the can is under there. I'm planning on going under the rail on a 300 blk or 6.8 hunting upper since it will only see slow, suppressed fire.
