How does a firearms transfer work? I know it takes an ffl to ship it, but is it straight forward dealer to dealer and then you pick it up or would you have to do a nics check?

You can ship a rifle directly to another individual, as long as both individuals (sender and receiver) are residents of Louisiana.

I have never had voicemail so I did'nt get any messages. The only calls or texts I remember from you was helping you to remove the buffer tube assembly to replace the pushpin you pulled out the day I sold it to you. If you had contacted me on this trouble I would have helped. Like I have said, the upper never gave me any trouble. I read the trouble thread and I am confused. Did the rifle function after you removed and replaced the FSB and tried better quality ammo?
