I carry XDS in a elastic belly band holster when I'm wearing shorts or sweats. Don't know the brand, but there are many makes and they are inexpensive.

I put on a belt with a holster and the gun. Snug it up tight and put my jogging clothes on over it. Works for me.

G42 or SW340PD in my pocket all day long with no issues in gym shorts or pants. No issues but it takes up a whole pocket. I also use a clip on UM IWB that works too in those types of pants/shorts.
