cheap ammo

Looking for some cheap ammo for a class... anybody have experience with this stuff and also what do you recommend? Thanks in advance!

FWIW, I have always had good luck with Wolf and other cheap, Russian, steel-cased ammo.

Be careful with Monarch- some indoor ranges will not allow it (F.I.T.S. in Slidell). Said had 4-5 "blow-ups."

Never had a problem with wolf(which is what that basically is) or monarch. Just be aware that stuff is bi-metal jacketed, and might not pass a magnet test if you will be shooting steel. Century still has their "hotshot"
brass case, copper jacketed .223 for $275 per K. It's made in Korea at the same plant as PMC, according to all information I can find on the web.

Tula is the cheapest that I've found lately, but you can't shoot steel with it. This thread might be helpful to you...
