Visitors do not have to submit to a cavity search.
The girl can visit her mother unmolested if she so chooses.

I know this to be a fact as i was not when I visited someone on behalf of his mother. I had to fill out a card / sheet way before so they did some check on me before i was able to visit! I did so as his mother was a friend of my wife/neighbor. She did nit want to see him like that! But was worried about him and condition. I was able to tell her how he was and tell her. Also bring him packs unopened T shirts ect. as well as put $ on his account.
As far as the other thread goes................I think even if your wife can not have a gun on the premises when she gets out. If you really want a gun and was not just trolling to see if your wife still had what rights left.
Get a hand gun that can not just be used as self defense (dual purpose as a target / sporting use)
Take you 15 year old shooting while her mom is away! And teach her how to be responsible while spending quality time with her. And if her mom can not be around it lock it up as stated on or even off site if necessary.
