    If you're ever in the Metairie/Jefferson area, you may want to stop at Baldwin-Taylor at the corner of Jefferson Hwy. and Central Ave. I haven't been there in years but they were known to have a boatload of stuff for outdoor cooking.

    I don't add Sausage to my Boil until AFTER I yank the Crawfish.
    Too much fatty oil released from the sausage before hand for my taste.

    Now if you REALLY want something nice.
    Drop some Boudin in that boil for a couple minutes......poooooooh! das some good trash yea boy!

    That tub/basket looks like some Laundry Baskets and Sand Toy buckets mixed.
    From Wal-Mart to Target to Fred's or Dollar Store. May be a seasonal thing?

    Haven't tried boudin in a boil yet, but really need to. Smoked sausage is outstanding though! All depends on the sausage I guess.
