What the heck did I miss? I carry a gun daily. I open carried my Ruger P89 in the RiteAid/CVS in Midcity (Acadian/Government) this morning after work and I knew it was there. I kept my arm on it and maintained control of it while shopping for cold medicine. I never forgot it was there. I don't see how it's possible.
