Again Civics trumps Internet gossip. The President only appoints the Regional Combatant Command Commanders and even they have to be confirmed by the Senate. Checks and Balances. I seriously doubt Obama is sitting down with Generals and asking them...how do you feel about ordering troops to fire on US Citizens? If he was dont you think some of the Generals who said no would have come forward by now raising hell about why their once promising careers god bushwhacked?

You would be surprised at how many would. I would guestimate that at least 95% would without hesitation.
