    John, can you tell me what arsenal markings it has, bore condition and if scope mount is trued "Machined or Shim" to receiver for alignment and accuracy? Free bump great looking C&R. Love those Nagants :)

    You might want to check that again or produce a link. I have never seen a REAL sniper go for 450. Only reproductions.....which is just about right in line for a repro.

    Show me where you can get a real sniper for 450 please.


    They sell the repro snipers for around 450 because of the turned down bolt, mount, scope and the smith work involved with tapping for the mount.

    Some early repro snipers even had real PU scopes on them.

    Your are correct, real sniper are $800.00 at rguns. I have a Tula.

    I just want to say, that this thread is a good example of where an issue with price was raised, but it was handled maturely and some education took place.
