I only ran Tuesday and this morning.

    1.85 mile at 16:02 Tuesday
    2.0 miles at 18:13 today.

I've been eating like a fatass. I'm getting back on the wagon. I'm around 203lbs right now and I need (because I want to) to get back below 200lbs.

thats an awesome 2 mile. I'm less concerned with the scale and more concerned with the mirror, but if thats the goal then quit eatin crap and get to it.

Bad foods taste better when you're fit - its a fact!

    Nice time I think lol.

I just ran my first mile ever. 8:48. I've just started working harder on cardio health. Like a week ago.

    Good job!

When I stated running again back in January it took me 11:47 I think to run 3/4 of a mile. You're starting off well.

I got up this morning and did T25's (BeachBody Vid) Speed 1.0 followed by a mile run on the treadmill as it was raining outside. Tonight I am doing Shoulders and Arms followed by Abs!

    2 miles in 16:19. That's a new personal record.

Oh, I was 201lbs on the scale before the run.

Damn boy! I did four miles in around 30 minutes on Wednesday and then twoish last night...until the shin splints started to kick in again. Today I am doing absolutely nothing! :)

    damn fine job sir.

    Congrats! Nice work!

We had a partner WOD this morning. Holy hell.

I'll probably run tomorrow and Sunday.

Nice work! keep it up...I want to see sub-16!!!

    I finally got a few runs in...Mon 2miles, Tues, 2 miles, Thurs 2.5miles.

Thank you all for the kind words. I'm shooting for a sub 16 minute two mile run. I'll be there soon. I find my times are getting better when I run 3 days a week as opposed to 5 days a week.

Austin, I'm old. You better run faster than me.
