    You should do Murph tomorrow.

I don't think I can do 100 strict pullups with 20lbs. Maybe 50 in a day. Or good form pushups for that matter. It would be extremely difficult for me to finish Murph in a day if done as prescribed.

I usually do 6,6,6,5,4-failure on weighted pull-up days. With 25lbs. With 3-4m rest between sets.

Went and did 10 miles out at Comite today (biking). That makes for almost 30 miles this weekend. I feel accomplished. I was thinking about running this evening, but I will probably save that for the morning!

I lied. Just went and ran a little more than two miles in the 90 degree heat. I had some old lady stop, roll her window down, and tell me that I am "looking good!" I was somewhat creeped out. I think she might have taken a picture of me too. Ewww!

Rode 35 miles on Saturday morning out on River Road starting from the new casino. Rode another 50 on Sunday all over Ascension. Did an easy 10 in the neighborhood yesterday. Just shy of a 100 mile weekend.

4x500 Row, all under 1:45, 3m rest in between. I have a love / hate relationship with this thing.

I know exactly how you feel. I did 1.4 miles today at a 6 min / mile pace. Dead I was. I then took 20 mins off and went and biked 5.8 miles with my dad at an average pace of 9 MPH...which is slow for the road, but it was pretty out and fun! Then I did an ab workout. Bleh. Good day. Sleep time!

    rower is awesome.

I hit the gym twice on my "off day" this week, so I slept in again this morning.

Last night after work I managed a 8:14mile (stress from work is an incredible fuel)

Someone else was using the rower this morning so I did 5x5s with weights of a bunch of different things. I love Fridays because it's usually the ladies' day in the weight room haha.

I love that "My running log by JR1572" has been hijacked to include "anybody's fitness log"

Been meaning to say this for a while, but kudos to you for lifting, btw. More ladies need to try weight training.

lol love that gif. I've gone at 2am before just to have an empty gym. Helps when you're planning to do something that you know is going to be embarrassing :hs:
