I was reading some stuff on another forum today where guys were taking them back because of bullet jump. Said it wasn't just with reloads but with high quality new rounds also.

That is exactly what they were reporting. They said there was no way they would trust their life to it.Bullet jump is ruining this. Does it make the last round go so far forward that the cylinder doesn't turn?

That would also be a good question for someone who has experience from in front of one. Lol

I have one, and I have experienced bullets jumping crimp. I was handloading some heavier projectiles, Donnie's 147 gr LRNFP's, with some fairly hot loads.
I kept adding a bit more crimp until the situation solved itself.
No other issues, with a variety of factory, and home rolled loads.
Love that revolver. Got a LCRX in .38 too.

Awesome! Someone has one! Did any of the bullets jump far enough to bind up the cylinder? What factory loads did you use? I appreciate any info you can share!

You've been shot by an LCR 9mm

I personally would like the LCR in .357 it is a slight bit heavier but the ability to practice with .38 and use .357 for self defense is worth the extra ounce. Yes, I have shot both with self defense rounds and with factory grips the .357 is manageable.
.38 and .357 the 9mm was not around when I was doing alot of shooting
So you don't have experience with the Ruger LCR 9mm?
