    What is the difference b/c besides that image I can't find another one. I'm also ignorant when it comes to the difference in Medical Emergency folks.I'll look for them.

    The white/blue patch = EMT (or EMT-Basic) = Basic Life Support

    The blue/gold patch = Paramedic (or EMT-Paramedic) = Advanced Life Support

    That's about the simplest way to break it down
