That's not racial profiling. Racial profiling is detaining people for no other reason than their race. For example a traffic stop that only stops people of Asian decent in hopes of catching them doing something wrong.

Including the race of a person in a description of them is not profiling.

It is to this country's corrupt media!

And, DID YOU EVER NOTICE HOW ASIANS DRIVE? :D

Update return to work tomorrow, letter in file, can't apply for another position for 6 months. But management actually fought for me to keep my job.

Lessons learned 1. Stay out of discussions involving race, religion, or politics. 2. Trust no one. 3. Document everything. 4. Back up all files to jump drive daily. 5. Record if possible any coaching and counseling with employee's. 6. Always have an attorney you can count on.

Thanks to everyone for your support and advice.

It helped that I've never missed a day of work, and had an exemplary work record. But I did learn that they (union workers) are not my friend, and know how many knives were in my back. I will be more professional from now on, and follow company policy by the book. No more Mr Nice Guy.
