What's the very last thing you used the knife in your pocket for?

Used my ParaMilitary2 to cut open some packages, then used it to slice up the cardboard boxes so they would fit in the trash can.

And use my SAK to clean my fingernails. That's probably the most useful tool that I've ever owned.

Funny you ask because it's normally mundane stuff, but broke it out at Longhorn to cut my prime rib (my wife hates when I do that). Just can't see sawing on meat with those serrated POS knives they give you at the table. Hey, it's clean.
