Anyone kept up this morning? I've been away and I'm about to leave again.
Was wondering what was going on.
More of the same........ Prosecution making Zimmerman look like a hero. I still don't understand the point of the audio witness. I thought the judge ruled that any testimony on the voices were inadmissable. If that's the case, then this guys testimony was pointless.
I'm assuming the lady testifying now was the person who interviewed GZ? I missed that part. She really doesn't have anything wothwhile to give from my point of view........ I'm gathering the prosecution is using GZ's descriptions of TM (suspect) in his written statement and interviews to show he was a wanna be cop. I think that's a fairly falacious argument, but so has been the entirety states case.
It appeared that they were using him to make the point that while technology could not determine who it was that was screaming, a person that knows the person and has heard them speak, that they are more likely to be able to identify that person. This backfired during cross when the defense won the argument, state objected that the witness could not make statements regarding how police work should be conducted, to allow the witness to say that any analysis, whether computer based or personally, should be conducted individually so that there is no bias introduced into the findings. During redirect the state tried to get the witness to say that only applied to electronic analysis, but he continued to say that it should also apply to personal analysis.

I find it interesting that all along, everyone harped on the fact that he was told not to pursue TM. However, listening to the tapes right now, in all his interviews he states that he was going for an address, and didn't even see TM...
Not sure what it is, but it's on fox Live right now. They play 2 or 3 different tapes
What recording are we listening to?
I'm waiting for the state to drop all charges. They clearly have no case. There is reasonable doubt written all over this.
LOL Yeah they are on this tape. It sounded pretty good for Z in the 2 previous interviews they showed. The minute I replied here, it went south.Man their grilling him whoever it is.
Even still, if he did get out to look to see where he was going.
What's unlawful about that?
and the LEO just said he was lying and baiting GZ into answering his questions. Was GZ's lawyer present?
