Oh yeah! Super sweet pistol. Ruger has come a LONG way with the .22 semi auto pistol genesis. I first purchased a mark 2 standard way way back new. Even the trigger break is really decent on my new Mk4. And that one button take down......WOW
Hahaha... thanks... it took some planning and cutting... and some ALUMA-BLACK... but it came out decent. I'm shooting it today to work out any kinks as well as planning to modify the large green box magazine to house a 110 round drum magazine to look like a more authentic SAW.
Oh, and a Chinese Replica Elcan is on the way and I'm debating on a metal collapsible Para Stock.
My AR platform 22LR. CMMG 22 barrel and BCG. Spikes Tactical Pistol Plug with QD mount point for a single point sling. (Not-a-real-)RMR red dot sight. It's got a generic birdcage flash hider that doesn't really do anything. This was built a while ago before I got a 22 can. So the flash hider may come off.
My most productive squirrel gun. It started life as a CZ copy made by Norinco. The JW-15. For some reason it likes a heavy slow bullet and while it will throw most any sub ammo with great consistency, it shoots a tight group with the 60gr Aguila ammo. So I floated the barrel/action, had the barrel cut to 16 inches and threaded by Jennings Freeman in Liberty MS before applying a little home camo job, polished the trigger and called it a day. Older 3-9x40 Bushnell Banner, so no big loss for painting a scope.
