Maybe if everyone stopped using the "rack a fresh round and put your head on a swivel" phrase. But that won't happen, it's still too hilarious.

And I just don't understand how you find that so funny, you don't know me so you have no idea whether I'm a woman or not. Didley has and can make that judgement himself. And he's an ******* so I expect him too.

It doesn't need to be combated. If you don't agree with something that is said, just leave it alone. Addressing it will only keep it going/make it worse. I'm more guilty of this than anyone.

Either way, we were all brought here by a common interest. It is naivety to the extreme to presuppose everyone will get along with everyone 100% of the time.
