My old eyes need dark print on a light background.

I thought I really liked the green but using it was a bit of a chore. I found the other colors to be much too bright and BlackOut to be really bad for me.

As the twerps say, it's a known fact that we geezers need contrast, so I am back to the black on white.

I think the different colors are a good idea, but I think you really need some pastels in the selections.

    My 2¢

Thanks for putting some color options back in. I'm on several boards that are VBulletin based, and sometimes I forget which one I'm on - especially if they only let you use the default! Mixing them up helps.

Next week I will try to make one more like the old green and grey one. OD green is pretty close for now.

    I appreciate that.

The problem I am having is when I select a color scheme it won't "stick". I have to select it again whenever I login.

You need to got to settings to change it to your default one if I remember correctly.

The "What Happened to View First Unread" thread got me thinking about the subscription notification emails.

Is it possible to reconfigure the http string sent in the e-mail to end with someting along the lines of "&goto=firstunread" instead of "&goto=newpost" as it does now? For people like me who can't always get to the site right away to read them, the "&goto=newpost" can take me several pages past the last thing I read, necessitating a bit of a journey to find where I had left off.

Forward me the email you are referencing. My name (without BR) at this website address.

Great job on improving the website.
    Just a few questions.
What does a line through the name mean?
I've noticed recently that new and old members (with ZERO feedback) bump older posts, is this common?
    Thanks.

    Thanks.

    Line thru name means banned.
If you see someone bumping an old post, please send me a PM with a link to it...or use the report button at the bottom if you think it is sketchy.

    Thanks!

Austin, Does BS Admins or Mods read its members PMs?
LOL. No. We don't even have the capability to do so. The only thing admins can do in regards to PMs is view how many PMs someone has in their inbox (to see see if box is maxed out) and we can delete all messages via a button click. That's about it though.
