If the DA said it was a justifiable killing, and then was pressured to indict, then something smells fishy in Denmark. It was reported that the father was a former investigator in the DA's office.
Above and beyond that, there has to be a new and thorough investigation on top of what the DA did to label it justifiable. They will go to trial, and blah, blah, blah. But through it all and over and above that;
THESE TWO ARE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY BY A JURY OF THEIR PEERS!!!!!!
There is no media in this country! There are never consequences for the outright falsehoods they spread, the careers and families they destroy, the persons they were responsible for falsely imprisoning, indicting, intimidating, or harassing. They are parasites! I have absolutely no respect for their so-called profession. I would bet if most were honest with themselves, they couldn't stare their own children in the eyes!
Ummm what? It happened.
Forgot to tag you. See previous reply.Uhm...
I can’t understand why people are so hell bent on using deadly force over *stuff*. I mean I have possessions that I like and worked hard for, but to kill someone over them? Nah. I mean maybe besides a gun...
As for this case there really is no telling what will happen. It’s not cut and dry. The GA doesn’t allow for lethal force during citizens arrest unless it’s to prevent further felonies or self defense. But at what point is chasing someone, blocking them presenting a weapon no longer self defense?
i don’t know how the law would allow a citizen who thinks someone has a gun to chase that person KNOWING they could be putting their life in danger and then claiming self defense. It’s not logical.
I also watched a video where a guy said there was already a case in Georgia with similar circumstances. If I remember right it was also behind an alleged burglary. But the person attempting the citizens’ arrest had a bat. The detainee then tried to wrestle it from him. The citizen then beat him with the bat to death. He was not able to use self defense because he introduced the weapon. His words were the Georgia Court of Appeals said *sorry that’s murder, you go to jail now.* So I don’t know what actually happened. I’m trying to look for it.
I googled:
texas shoots escort neck
i don’t know which you may consider legit, so I’ll let you pick one.
There are members of this forum that have publicly stated they will shoot you over property.
It may be best to ask them.
Really? I'd like to know who wouldn't...Those are the ones to steal from.
Some will probably stand there and stamp their lil feet Yelling...''You Can't Steal That''
A good thief will grab his crotch while running out the door yelling ''Steal This Lil B*tch...!!!

@MOTOR51 I'll assume you are a property owner. Are you okay with unknown strangers entering your dwelling as long as they don't take anything??
Also, (and this part is just conjecture but certainly possible) I wouldn't put it past the home owner to claim nothing was stolen even if it was in order to avoid mobs of angry blacks "demonstrating" outside of his home. I certainly wouldn't want roving gangs of Trayvons and Michael Browns hanging around my property.
Dude why are you being so openly and blatantly racist?
At the end of the day, someone was killed as a direct result of the actions of the father/son duo. There were ample opportunities to stop the escalation, avoid an armed confrontation and ultimately a shooting death. This case and others like it can and do swing to public opinion one way or another. I’ve seen civilians let off in very similar cases (Zimmerman who followed, confronted and shot Trayvon, then Horn in Texas who shot 2 in the back) and LEO’s sentenced for shooting and killing someone in their home on the couch, while running away multiple times in the back and while laying on the ground handcuffed. Now we have 2 father/son teams (can’t forget Johnnie and Michael Miller) who brought guns into a situation that they largely created, then escalated the situation until they had met the minimum requirements for justification before shooting and killing someone. However you want to look at it, people died by their hand under circumstances that they created. Even if the judge and jury decide that each side of the story shares up to 50 percent of the blame, they are 50 percent responsible in the killing of a person who was not found guilty of a crime. So, minus any grey areas, I believe it’s very likely that both these duos will be found guilty of crimes associated with these shooting deaths. Even with stand your ground laws, they obviously had other choices to avoid the confrontation. They brought a real threat to the deceased. They poked the wild animal until it showed its teeth, then they killed it.
Show of hands who thinks they would lose in a wrongful death lawsuit?
That the bifurcation fallacy. You have limited the options to two, kill the person who tries to steal your stuff or stand there stomping your feet while you let them steal your stuff. In reality, there are quite a few more options than those two.
