This line bothers me.

Upon such approval, the Secretary of the resource department that made the finding may use the authority of section 101(a) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2071(a), to control the general distribution of any material (including applicable services) in the civilian market.

I hate this crap but it apparently gives the president martial law powers in peace time with out the approval of congress in the name of national defense. I am probably wrong, but on first reading that's what it looks like. I am not a lawyer and I did not sleep in a holiday inn last night. I do think that other presidents have issued similar orders. I am sure all of the talking heads will have something to say about this Monday. When the white house issues something on Friday afternoon it is something they don't want the press to talk about immediately. Nothing surprises me anymore with this guy. I have heard smarter guys than me say if this guy gets in for a second term it may be the end of constitutional government in this country.

The end of the constitutional government happened long ago, but we have been trained to accept it. My childrens generation will be trained to accept the current events unless men stand up to stop what is happening. All I see is people speaking and posturing though, with no action. I admit I am one of them.
