      The only real problem is easy to solve, but no one ever says this: for ID to be mandatory at polling places, the state must not charge any fee to issue a basic ID card. If the state will issue free basic ID cards, the left would have no valid arguments remaining.

      Yes, it must not be allowed. If you are not prohibited from owning guns, you cannot legally be barred from buying a gun. The ability to purchase is inherent to the right to keep. How do you guys not get this? We are talking about a bureaucratic list with no oversight. Do you understand that...

      That is ridiculous, and makes no difference. Either way, it is unconstitutional as hell and must not be allowed

      Even if there was a way to get off, only a court judge can strip you of gun rights. There are no courts or judges involved anywhere in the no fly list process. You cannot be barred from owning guns without first being given a fair trial.
