      For plinking, it's hard to beat W844 mil-surplus pull down. It's cheaper than anything else and readily available in large quantity. Keep the good stuff for long range/accuracy rounds.

      Yes, they have been saying that a while ......but now, they are gaining ground to push legislation. Don't be shocked at the passing of something on the back end of some other bill, and don't get caught without a stash when it happens. The current panic will pale in comparison.
