      RIP Bill Bagwell

Youre welcome. What was funny was when i first called Bill to get directions to his house (he had PM'd me his number) he told me his name and where he lived. He asked i not mention his real name publicly on the board and would explain why when we met. Well this made me curious so i did an...

      RIP Bill Bagwell

Man i hate to hear that. Bill was a helluva nice guy, despite coming across as gruff and surly on the boards. His username "rdneck" (sp?) was completely the opposite of the man who was thoughtful and articulate. When i first met him about 20 years ago he was living in a small wooden frame house...

Seems like that always happens whenever you ruin the conversation with those bothersome facts.

      Liberal's Arguement for BLM

If you see the weapon pointed at you it's a no brainer. The tough part is when you SUSPECT a weapon and the suspect starts to move. It's then merely a matter of how close you want to play it before you fire or unholster and fire, depending on the scenario. Factors in play are your skill level...

Two Deputies Shot in North Louisiana.

No worries. We're all only human and those thoughts are the first things that run through all of our minds when friends and coworkers get hurt. We do our best to stay professional but sometimes it's tough. The world around us is just turning into a cesspool faster than we thought it would.

Two Deputies Shot in North Louisiana.

One of those men is a longtime friend I've know for 33 years. Thank God he and his partner will survive. The suspect is alive because like most of his ilk, he ran and hid and played the victim when the advantage was not upon him. He is alive because we are still the "good guys".

any advice? my grandmother gave her ss number to the "irs" over the phone.

I worked numerous elderly fraud cases for 3 years as a detective at our PD. What dougstump (and several others ) said is good advice. Waste NO time in doing this because the crooks won't either.

      Wing Chun anyone?

Wing Chun is a wonderful art and I used to be really surprised how many JKD guys never experienced much of it. It really all came down to when your instructor began JKD as to how much Wing Chun you were taught. It is not a powerful fighting art compared to what is out there today though. Best...
