      Florida Permit

      I have a copy of the new Louisiana/Florida Reciprocal Agreement. It was signed on 10/1 by Louisiana & 10/12 by Florida. Don't know if this means it it law or what. Cannot get it to copy on here (it was scanned) but will keep trying.
