I've been single for the past 3 Valentines days but honestly, the little things are what gets to me. Like flowers. It's the thought that counts.

I bought myself a gun for valentines day last year.

I don't know why they still like flowers, but they do. I would love for women to start being more practical about a gift that is overpriced on these occasions that will be in the trash in 5 days or so.

With our new son due any day now....I asked her if she has the baby on V-Day would I still have to get her a gift.....since I gave her a baby.....she said yes. lol

Really though, My Wife believe it or not, is not a Valentine's day fan. Just another day to her BUT....I still always do something nice for her. Im not falling into that trap.

My wife doesn't care for flowers for the most part and doesn't wear jewelry, so I just asked her.
She just wants to get out of town for the weekend.
Now I have to figure out where to go.

I installed a new light fixture in the kitchen, shes as happy as can be.....(loves to cook)

Tickets for AMA Superbike Racing at Barber Motorsports in June. That's usually our anniversary present but had to buy them early to get a discount offering, so guess I gotta buy her a watch or something in June. Gotta love a woman who loves racing! I do flowers but sparingly, every other year or so. Can't let her get conditioned to them, it stops being special! lol.
