Anybody else stocking up on ammo ?

No , I am not envisioning any kind of revolution or civil unrest . 4 years ago I got caught snoozing and ran very low on ammo . All of the usual mail order outlets that I normaly deal with were out of my prefered ammo . I vowed not to ever let that happen again . I figure in another month or so sales will pick up , followed by a big bump if the " Liar in Chief " gets reelected . I ordered another 1K of 5.56 and a half dozen boxes of 9mm and .45acp to supplement my stash . I hear them making noises about high capacity magazines yet again so I have a few of those on the way as well .

I admit it. I have an ammo monkey on my bank. Not because I expect to have to use it, but because I WANT to use it. Get to jonesing so bad I feel guilty shooting if I haven't already stashed in what I intend to shoot. Think the Betty Ford clinic can break my lead addiction? I mean, I'm not a better shot or anything, just got to where I like smelling gunpowder with my coffee. Should I be worried?

I grabbed 1300 rounds of .223 64 grain gold dot about a month ago. Stuff is hard to find and about the best sbr round out there. I buy stuff like that ASAP when I see it in stock.

Religously, I purchase 200 rounds of 9mm per week wether I use them or not. I can afford that much every week unless I catch a sale or a deal and buy more. My second caliber is 100 rounds of .38spl until I start reloading them. I have as few 100 rounds of .357mag and buy them very infrequently unless I find as deal.
