I just ran across this video. He dissects the crime data...compares USA FBI stats to England's violent crime stats....also points out the 3 fold decline in crime from 1992 till today. Interesting fact is that England actually has a much higher violent crime rate than the USA. Its a good short video. ( I did do a quick scan to see if it's already been posted....but found nothing)
