I understand from a friend of the family that an attorney specializing in high profile DWI cases has been retained.

What sort of defense would be used? Seven persons are dead and he was responsible for the accident. The seven are dead whether he was drunk or not.

    Inquiring minds want to know.
    :squint:

I would bet he's going to have more than one Lawyer. They will probably blame the dead people. Wasn't there a Judge in BR that crashed and got a DWI years ago and got off on blaming the gas or whatever from the airbag screwing with the DWI test.

I'm sure he will say part of it is that some people in the car weren't wearing seatbelts.
