    Wherever the party is
Hey pals. So, I am looking to experiment with some new hot sauces. In most of my cooking I've stuck to the main ones (e.g., Tabasco, Louisiana Hot Sauce, and Tapatío), but have experimented with some new ones lately (e.g., Dat'l Do-It, Sriracha). That said, I'm willing to try some new ones with beef, pork, fish, and seafood (e.g., calamari, oysters, etc.).

    Any recommendations? Thank you!

Go to an Asian market. You'll find stuff that will amaze you. Koreans have this red pepper paste called gochijuong that's amazing on everything.

Sriracha is great on most everything. If you can find some Hoison Sauce it's my favorite on grilled porkchops, not hot though.

The Tabasco habanero is pretty good

I like heat without any tangy flavors, so I tend to put peppers in my food, I think it's called a Thai pepper, not sure but it's what they sell in the produce section at the Asian market. Also they make a grounded paste that you can buy. If you want something sweet, they make "egg roll dipping sauce" similar to Zea's sweet and spicy/Thai glaze they use on the chicken and ribs. I use that on my pork chops with a little dash of fish sauce and even more peppers when I grill them.

Also for my soups, we use a chilli oil

Crystal and Cholula are my staples. Lots of other stuff for more specific purposes, I also like to have Sriracha and Tabasco Chipotle on hand.

    Crystal is my fav.

Tabasco is more just hot and not a lot of flavor. Crystal is less hot, but more flavor. But then you have to use more of it to get any heat.

I personally love sriracha... it's not loaded to hell with salt. Nice fruity flavor also with the added bonus of spicy.

Depending on how hot you want to go, there are options. I remember being really into hot sauces back in the day, when Dave's Insanity was the hottest thing available. That stuff is like candy now.

    Good luck.
