Hey pals. So, I am looking to experiment with some new hot sauces. In most of my cooking I've stuck to the main ones (e.g., Tabasco, Louisiana Hot Sauce, and Tapatío), but have experimented with some new ones lately (e.g., Dat'l Do-It, Sriracha). That said, I'm willing to try some new ones with beef, pork, fish, and seafood (e.g., calamari, oysters, etc.).
