Now who's gonna host the BBQ? Dammit!

It's probably for the best though. DAMMIT!

Is there a BS Hall of Fame? If not, DH should at least be an honorary member, no.

    property lines im sure.

oughtta be interesting how it plays out- i predict a damaged fence in the near future

25 in man. Around 600 to go. Not looking too good...especially with the potential of me deleting posts that could be detrimental to DH.

the latest was something about how they pulled his fence down with a tractor so he took them to court... hence why the thread is hidden.

Technically they only pulled two sections of the fence down before the police showed up...

Since we are losing updates from the OP, I would like to donate a couple of cameras to live stream the drama in and around said fence that is sure to continue.

the last thing I remember was something like they had court; neighbor suing for property line, survey fee, attorney fee, removal of fence, and some other stuff.

billy bob went ahead and took down the piece of fence nearest the junk car. how'd you guys miss this? thread goes to page 2 for about an hour and you all miss the exciting plot twist.

its kinda like getting up to pee in the theater i guess.

the question is: what happens to the fence if they agree that our friend's survey is correct? if the dispute was indeed over property lines, they could (in theory) say "we thought it was on our land and had no verifiable proof otherwise..." In the mean time, you know they can't afford to replace it, and due to its manner of construction a "spot repair" isn't going to be an option either.

this is going to get interesting.

when you guys post, don't forget to keep the details generic, lest this thread get hidden as well.
