These types of disputes are so easy to resolve, unless one or both of the parties are POS. I think in this situation, there is one piece of **** too many. If a portion of the OPs fence was taken down, its gonna get ugly. I hope our guy comes out on top in the end, but its usually the low life who either ends up getting their way, or at least not get what they deserve.

I hope our guy comes out on top as well, and i strongly think that he will. he's far more prepared than his opposition. If for some reason it DIDNT go in his favor, a lot of state offices would have egg on their faces.
