Did you ever find something your wife liked? I bought mine a S&W 640, and she loves it. It's heavy, but she can control it just fine.

No life has been crazy and we have not gotten around to it. She likes the feel of the Kel-Tec .380 but I would like her to have something larger.

Took advantage of the tax free weekend and picked up my S&W 442 today.
I'm very happy that I ordered one w/o "the lock"! The trigger is a little heavy but very smooth, and the lockup is rock solid! Anxious to put lead to paper!!

Price was nice, too! $379
