Got some boudin smoking right now and getting ready to grill some pork steaks.

Hand ground up some beef tip steaks with bacon into ground meat. Tossed in some red pepper, garlic, pepper... Damn good burger. Got two more to grill Monday.

This is absolute torture. I am lying in bed with a stomach bug and getting very depressed by all this I am missing. I can't believe I caught this damn thing. I was really hoping to have a great weekend with some grillin', drinking and cigar smoking. Now I am just lying here wishing the weekend was over. Keep the pictures coming. I will hopefully dream about it as I sleep off and on.
