Legal or Not???

I was wondering if it was legal to own Winchester Ranger T-Series bullets in Louisiana?

I know it is illegal to have "armor peircing" bullets but I don't know exactly where the line is for what ammo you can own. I like having the cool stuff but I want to stay legal.

Also what are some other rare rounds for a .40 S&W?

I don't see where it says "armor piercing"

I THINK armor piercing handgun ammo means ammo that has a steel core (not lead) designed for penetrating bullet proof vests. That's not what this is.
