If he wasn't a complete douche then he probably wouldn't have been arrested and the video wouldn't be on to be discussed.

OTOH, the cops handled that poorly. The douche will probably be riding a new motorcycle soon. Him being a douche does not give them the right... Lets face it, LEO's deal with complete douches all the time.

Just curious, where can I find the douche regulations in the criminal code?

It's not in the criminal code - it's one of those things your Father should have instilled in ya.

Acting like a douche and being a **** stirring **** is probably a quick way for a cop to say "Maybe I should check this guy out" when looking in on a "man with a gun" call.

He was first charged with resisting arrest, but the charges were later downgraded

The "Old" default charge to cover any situation! :mamoru:

Now on a serious note: Why was he found guilty in the trial? Was the video hidden from the jury?

    it's complete BS!

*interference with duties of a public servant* and ordered to pay a $2,000 fine.

Um pretty sure it was the LEO who interfered...make him pay the $2k and put the conviction on HIS record.
